A new day

So we're not always in a good mood, sue me... Havent been able to do anything recently. Well, ever since i had that flu last week, i've just about given up on everything, dont know why. Juss dont feel like doing all the stuff that's been piling up.. need to go to halfords and get stuff, need to work on my project (BAH!) need to do up my cv and start sending it off.

Cant really think of anything to say... I know.. i got it.. my blog today will be all about pop up ads! GRRRRRRRr... as soon as i wrote that another ad juss randomly popped up! How soo very annoying. They creep up on you when you're playing games, when you're reading your email, downloading stuff or having a chat with someone... I dont care who hollywood's funniest couple is, I dont wanna go on a diet and i definitely dont wanna find the love of my life on the net... Spyware... horrid software which ends up on everyone's computer... And personally i dont even trust that spyware removing software, i think they all do just the same thing, block other ads so their own ads can come on! GRRRR...

LEAVE ME ALONE! *pulls out shot-gun*.

It seems that, for birds, the whole of the world is just one big toilet! I say that as i am just about sick and tired of seeing birdie poop all over the place. Especially on my poor little car. Case in point, I come home from my friend's place today, get out, lock the door and check the handle to make sure it's locked and what do i see??? A big fat white patch on my otherwise whole and soul burgundy car! GRRRR... there should be like communal open-air bird toilets where the critters should be allowed to poop to their hearts content as opposed to on other people's stuff!! All in favour say Aye!

To snot or not to snot!

Ok now i realize some of u will already be grossed out by the title.. although i wouldnt expect u to.. snot is a normal human errr.. snot... so there.. Anyways, Yes i do have a cold and a sore throat and a mild fever.. which is why i'm sitting here in blogistan getting bored cuz i cant go out (its finally starting to get cold again) cant have icecream... (but mom it's good for me.. *SLAP*) and cant even smell the food i'm eating!

Oh well, gives me a good excuse to do some serious lazing around.. found an old book somewhere.. decided might as well read that as i havent read a book in ages... went halfway through then turned on the tuuube... and what do i see?? the video for 'staying alive'. You know, the hit Beegee's song... (i never knew it only went to no.4 in the UK.. strange).. And now I sit here thanking Allah i wasnt born in the 70s... THOSE PANTS (or trousers as pure brits would say).. ARGH.. scary.. tight... weird shaped... those hairdos! nooooooooooooooooooo... Even when i did have long hair... (first time my dad saw me he didnt recognise me with long hair cuz i'd been away to cyprus!) it wasnt like that.. ewwww... I say the 70s should be banned! Kiddin... but my point is.. i may make fun of them.. but the kids of today even make fun of people like me cuz we're not hip to the coolest trends no more! I think it's something that'll go on till the end of eternity and people like me wil never truly be able to fit in with them brats... (yeah so my niece made fun of me!)

It's been soo long that I havent logged into blogger that when I tried typing it in and having the history pull up the address for me, it never came up. Oh well, I'm back now...

First off, I would like to say Jazaka'Allah to all those who contributed to the story. It was hillarious and i'm still laughing. And Jazaka'Allah to those who NEARLY contributed *hint* *hint*, and to the wonderful people who have been commenting. (man this post sounds like i'm about to runaway). No, nothing like that... i'm still here.. not going anywhere...

Good Allah Almighty... how rumours fly.. I juss say announcement.. and all of a sudden i'm either running away from Blogistan or getting married. Well, its neither.. Cant run away from Blogistan because the people here are so awesome (i'm sure i'll eat the cant run away words someday) and wont be getting married because there still is my elder brother who's file is at the top of the register so yeah.. no rush there either.

As for the announcement.. It's nothing major... It was just that it was decided on a late nite (well from my side anyway) AIM conversation that there should be a general blogistan get-together. Obviously living on opposite corners of the world that wouldnt be physically feasible so a web get together has been put on the drawing board. Suggestions are welcomed for date and time as well as the medium. OK the mediums got to be either MSN or AIM. (all you Yahoo yahooos can forget it!). But a date and time would be awesome... My proposal is probably sometime during the week cuz people have plans for the weekend.

Whichever way it goes, whether people wanna do it, dont wanna do it.. let your voice be heard.. who knows, it juss mite be the decider :)
