Now the rude thing is i'm sitting at my friend's place who juss bought parts for a new pc, left me to put it all together so he can go pick up his wife... and what do i do, set it up and start bloggin.. man he's gonna kill me.. or maybe not.. oh crud.. i think i hear keys in the door.. laterz peeps! :)

Assalaam Alaikum all... fun day today... had a nice 6 hour sleep for once, woke up nice and fresh... but took a bit too long getting ready for Juma cuz i had intended to pray Juma in Uni but since i was late i missed it, so juss prayed Zuhr.. Bad me.. bad bad me... anyways... after that went straight to the library and tried to study for once.. The library is arranged in such a weird way... it's like 1 building divided into 2 areas kinda thing.. and like to cross from one section to the other you have to like go to the 3rd floor.. the staff has their own way of crossin' over to the other side but students cant.. u have to go to the third floor to do it which is too grrrrrrrrrrrr'ing... and since i had to go like all over the place, i must've gone up and down like 3-4 times... argh.. i'm gettin too old for this studying!! Today’s been a good day Alhamdulillah… I’m gonna try and blog in order of the events of the day so bear with me people, this might get a bit booring at times. Day started at about 8:30 in the morning today, usual drill. Had my driving instructor come in at around 9:30. First lesson for me so I was a bit nervous but then I used my transformer technique to get the nerves under control. Ok now u’re all obviously asking what these transformer technique… well normally when I’m nervous, the theme from the transformers movie (you got the touch bla bla bla) starts playin’ in my head which can get irritating at times cuz I’m tryin’ to make a dua or read Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi rajioon and that craps playin’ in my head. In the end I did manage to cool down. Thass when the instructor showed up, quickie intros. Nice gentleman he was, reassuring.. asked me if I’ve ever driven before to which I said I drove for 4 years, he’s like u sure u wanna be bored with this.. I was like oh go on lets d

Anyways, was going to get some stuff for ammi in the morning when this guy stopped me and asked me if i knew arabic (i get that a lot, people for some reason think i'm arab.. My friend sez its cuz of me goatie) anwyays... i was like I'm from Pakistan..so he starts speakin' to me in english... The brother looked of African background, was talkin' very politely.. he goes to me i'm waitin' for my pay to come and my electricity cards run outta money (they have those charge keycards for electricity in some places here) and he's like i've no electricity at home and have 3 days before i get paid, can you spare me some change. Assalaam Alaikum all... Sorry i aint been around again.. I know i'm being a bit slow on the postin'.. (not that I think the 2 people who actually come on here must've really noticed) but still, apologies to all... Hmmm.. lets see.. oh yeah... cool thing happenned yesterday... Remember how i said i got a cheque from the tax office for overpaid taxes being returned... well, went to the bank yesterday morning to get it deposited... Now it was early morning when walked into the bank half asleep, paid my CC bill and then handed the the cheque over to the woman behind the counter... She looks at me like I juss landed from Mars or something and goes, "could you hand me one of those pay-in slips from behind you so i can fill it out and deposit this cheque in your account... " (ok ok.. she wasnt rude at all, she smiled and asked very very politely) Obviously she noticed i was spazzed out from lack of sleep so she was all nice and actually offered me a cup of coffee...

Alhamdulillah nothing like a day of fasting to get your head back on straight... Really, one day of fasting and everything's back in perspective... and now that i'm back to normal (or abnormal dependin on who's reading) or ummm.. is my normal abnormal ... or is my normal normal?? or abnormally normal?? oh heck.. been busy today... signed up to the Bloggin' Muslimz thingy... Good Streak Alhamdulillah Hmmm.. yesterday and today been going pretty good for me... Admittedly i've been havin' looooooooooooong days (but then again dont i complain about 'em always) but end of the day some little surprise comes up and things start lookin' up... 'How??' i hear u ask?? Well lets take yesterday shall we... Went to work.. was dog tired when i got home.. and as soon as i get in the door.. i'm greeted by this official lookin' letter starin' straight at me sayin 'u open me and u'll regret it'.. I pick it up and walk into my room... Man uni was loooooooooooooooooong today.. then again it's always long... on a positive note though... i think i did pretty good in the quiz today... Global Telecommunications and networking... Bah.. piece of Baskin Robbins cake... I've juss had the most awesomest idea (which also answer's Arshe Ji's question as to wat's next on my adventure list). I plan to open the first ever outlet of Baskin Robbins in the Himalayas... now you're all probably wonderin' why in the name of butter pecan topped with green chillies and vinegar am i gonna do a thing like that... well, simplest reason in the world... I wont have to buy no freezers :-) ...is that kool or wat.. and ofcourse i can have as much icecream as i want.. mite be a few problems with the hot fudge though... ho hummm.. nothing that cant be sorted out... :)

Seems like people have a love hate relationship going on with the color scheme on my blog.. like i said before.. blue.. grey.. these are colors I like.. and they're stayin... so there... :-p Man..
