Remote Cookin' Lesson

Well, the title pretty much sez it all...but i'll go on and bore you guyz with the details anyway. A friend of mine (the same guy who asked for the chicken recipe last week) was making an omelette (dont know if i spelled that right!) and he goes to me... "Dude how'd u make that omelette you made when i came last year?'. Again the question sez it all.. apparently he was either impressed that the omelette wasnt in a million pieces or maybe he did actually like it.. who knows.. and this guy is like real picky about his food.. he's going to me.. do i wait for the top part to solidify or leave it liquidy.. i ask him if the bottom seems to be cooked.. he sez it's still yellow... and every 2 secs he's going should i flip it over.. when i say yes.. he goes but the top's still liquidy.. i'm like juss flip the damn thing.... he does... lo and behold.. it hasnt broken.. he's happy... and that was my first online cookin lesson.. Shame he didnt have a webcam hooked up otherwise i would've been able to see what he's up to... Now i'm qualified to give online cookin' lessons to anyone who wants Diarrhea.... (oh and incase anyone's wondering..which i dont think anyone is.. but still.. the chicken turned out great as my friend told me..... )
